Selah-You Raise Me Up

Selah - You Raise Me Up Lyrics

When I am down, and oh my soul, so weary.
When troubles come, and my heart burdened be.
Then I am still and wait here in the silence.
Until You come and sit awhile with me.

You raise me up so I can stand on mountains.
You raise me up to walk on stormy seas.
I am strong when I am on your shoulders.
You raise me up to more than I can be.

You raise me up so I can stand on mountains.
You raise me up to walk on stormy seas.
I am strong when I am on your shoulders.
You raise me up to more than I can be.

There is no life no life without its hunger.
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly.
But when you come and I am filled with wonder.
Sometimes I think I glimpse eternity.

Finally

Well, I'm currently not working at the nursing home. It's pretty much awesome! (I'm still working at Boys and Girls Club though) I've had a week off so far and I'm half way into my second week. I'll get one more week and then have to jump into chemistry. Pluhhhh...

I'm really enjoying getting up early and running with the family! Mornings are so great...I definitely couldn't be on third shift for a long time. This may sound cheesy, but sunny days makes me very happy! :)

Not again!

Monday night we had an awesome staff dinner at our house. It was so much fun! The table was beautiful. Mom had even gotten a bouquet of flowers for the center of the table. Unfortunately, I sat very close to the flowers and got an immediate cold that night. As of right now I sound like a man, and will probably loose my voice all together by tomorrow. Trying to handle 17 kindergartners with no voice is not going to be very fun. I think I'll have to bring out my whistle again.

Just stuff

So, the weekend with Sarah so AWESOME! It's amazing how time flies when your having fun, the weekend went so fast. Her recital was beautiful! I kept thinking, hehe that's my sister!! :)

Well, after April I'll be done working third shift. YAY!! I've got a killer weekend coming up, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel. I'll have a three week break (but still working in the afternoons) and then I'll begin a class at the community college. However, in the summer the semesters are only one month long, so you can only take one class.

Today mom and I cleaned out my room. We threw a lot of things away that I couldn't part with before and packed away a lot of things that I'll need for college or things that I don't need right now but can't get rid of yet. After that we cleaned out my sewing area. It's been a very productive day! I need to get a nap in before I have to go to work tonight.

Well, we're off to walmart to get some grocery shopping done.

Finally, a great night at work! :)

Wow! For the first time in two months I enjoyed my night at work! Last night they moved me to a different floor and I got to work with different patients, a different CNA, and a different nurse. It was so much fun! There were a lot of patients who took care of themselves and some really interesting patients as well. I spent 15 minutes with one lady just talking to her. She has had some really neat experiences in her life and was such and enjoyable person to be around. I'm going to talk to my boss and see if I can switch to that floor. I really hope it works out and I'm very thankful for such a good night last night.
